Restoration Care Manager
Overview:
Quiet Waters is seeking a highly motivated Restoration Manager who is committed to the Lordship of Jesus Christ in all areas of life. This Manager will develop and oversee our restoration programs ensure that individuals with disabilities have the opportunity to reach their full potential in a discipleship culture.
Responsibilities:
Program Development: Develop and implement comprehensive restoration programs that address the emotional, social needs and spiritual needs of individuals with disabilities.
Staff Training: Train and supervise restoration staff, volunteers, and therapists.
Client Assessment: Conduct assessments to identify the needs and goals of individuals participating in restoration programs.
Program Coordination: Coordinate restoration activities, including therapy sessions, vocational training, and community outings.
Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of restoration programs and identify areas for improvement.
Community Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with community partners, including healthcare providers, schools, and employment agencies.
Advocacy: Advocate for life in the best interest of individuals with disabilities and promote their inclusion (one-anothering) in the community.
Budget Management: Develop and manage ministry budgets for restoration programs.
Special Deliveries: Build relationships throughout the community in the care of those suffering in 3-Ds: hospitals, group homes, nursing facilities, churches, schools, care-giving and child-care.
Biblical Counseling: Provide 1-on-1 and/or group counseling for participants impacted by disease, disability, or disorder.
Church Trainings: Lead and facilitate training for churches using the strong Biblical framework found in “The Gospel in 3Ds” as well as other approved resources.
Discipleship: Maintain ongoing discipleship of volunteers and participants at Quiet Waters.
Assist: Assist with all other ongoing ministry at Quiet Waters

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in rehabilitation counseling, counseling, occupational therapy, physical therapy, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
Strong understanding of restoration principles and practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Self motivated with passion.
Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities and their families.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills: conviction of the Word, quick to repent, interdependent, empathetic, discerning with discretion and loving.
Passion for serving individuals with disabilities reaches their full potential.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in rehabilitation counseling, counseling, theological degree, occupational therapy, physical therapy, or a related field.
Certification in rehabilitation counseling or a related field.
Experience managing a restoration program.
Compensation and Benefits: Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
The organization is unable to offer insurance benefits at this time.

PTO policy (Paid Time Off): PTO is for full time staff. After 90 days of employment, the employee is granted 10 PTO days for the year. 10 PTO days are granted each subsequent year and up to two unused PTO days can be carried over from the previous year (so there will be the potential for between 10-12 PTO days per year after the first year). Paid holidays include: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
